Fiverr is underrated goldmine for sure. There are people who provides document submission or video creation for measly $5. It then depends on you how well you utilize them.

I totally agree with you about Fiverr. There are some great offers if you know what you are looking for. I use the site mainly for buying videos to post to youtube and other sites. Over a few months this tatic alone can build some very nice traffic.
